Nelson Exteriors replaced the siding on our house that was built in the 1930s and did a phenomenal job. Lazaro was our project manager and was incredibly informative, communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Some issues that were completely out of their control came up during the project and they always walked us through our options, made recommendations that would save us money, and executed quickly. We would highly recommend them.
We had a great experience with Nelson from start to finish. I love their full service approach from the providing the estimate, to permitting, all the way to the final walkthrough of the project. The entire crew worked diligently to get our front porch done in a timely manner while also paying close attention to every detail. We had the pleasure of working with Jake, Lindsay, and Mitchell, all of whom were available whenever we needed them. Highly recommend!
From Day One,Nelson Exteriors has impressed me. Josh- who came out to go over my deck project was friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted and gave me several options and an estimate to go with each option. After signing the agreement , Lindsey, at the office was on top of everything and always with a cheerful voice. The crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and worked meticulously on every detail of my deck. Each night, they cleaned everything up and started back the next morning.
