Im a first time waxer too. She walked me through everything, calm and collected. We had a wonderful conversation during the process. I recommend her to any person wanting a wax! Janae was so wonderful! I came in with neck pain and she catered my service to help fit my needs and I walked out feeling so much release. She was so thoughtful, down to covering my feet with the blanket while removing the hot towel so I don’t get cold.
