I'm glad I found Bo, Bo is very knowledgeable and will kick your butt into shape. I went to Bo to get back in groove of using the gym equipment and he not only helped me but pushed me even when I wanted to give up and it's that push that helped get me back into groove of working out.Thank You Bo

To summarize, just all around excellence. Bo not only ensures that you are on the appropriate physical fitness plan but also provides insightful information pertaining to your diet and general well being. During onsite training, he is thorough and supportive with his instructions. Additionally, Bo goes above and beyond when it comes to accommodating his client by customizing his exercise to warrant safety.I've personally been working out for the last 3-4 years and I've never felt better, never been so discipline, and never seen such gradual improvement in strength along with incremental fat loss. I highly recommend!

Bolaji is a very knowledgeable and caring trainer. He is fully invested in his clients and their physical well-being. I have been training with him for over four years and have achieved incredible results. I have lost fat and gained alot of lean muscle. His exercise and dietary plans have been easy to follow. He also does a great job of encouraging his clients in their progress and keeping them accountable.
