Great service from Smith Sanitation! It seems so hard to find a trash company these days that isn't...well garbage. I dealt with GFL being late, missing pickup, ignoring phone calls for SO LONG and I was done with them. I called Smith Sanitation on a day that GFL was closed. Surprisingly, Smith was open on a holiday, took my call, setup my service, and even delivered my can EARLIER than they estimated.Since then, Smith has been on time for every pickup, never delayed, and at a price competitive with their competition. The $9 price increase over the last couple years, putting us at $50 is disappointing. Customers are feeling the squeeze. They sometimes place the can on your edge grass which can kill and flatten over time. Place the can back where customers have placed it please. Lastly, we need to know your holiday schedule. Sometimes you all come when I least expect it, which isn’t bad, but we just need to know a consistent holiday schedule so we won’t miss our opportunity and have to wait a week.

I have been with Smith Sanitation since I moved into my new house back in October of 2020. They service my subdivision and I have had exceptional service with them. Their prices are great compared to other companies and making a payment is very simple which I like. They have also never missed a pick up and I recently had to reach out to them and they got back to me within hours of leaving my message before they opened. I kept the same trash can the previous residents had and the lid broke so I reached out to them and they came out and repaired within days.
