I don’t usually deal with tax services as I’ve always did my own taxes but do to the current situation of a global pandemic and all of the layoffs and job shutdowns, I have multiple W-2’s for the first time EVER. So I decided I needed to use a Real tax preparation service this year. I went to the Thornton Rd location and was greeted and handled professionally by Ms Shunda Woodard. She was courteous and very professional as this process was very time consuming do to the fact of having multiple W-2s this year. I’ve been doing my taxes with Atc since 2010 and I can honestly say they are the best I got recommended by a friend and I always get my taxes early or have the best business Shunda have always took her time with me and been patient and I can honestly say 10/10
