Having grown up with a disability that requires the help of crutches to walk, my shoulders, back, and elbows have developed issues that Dr's had only prescribed medications for. Jenna Levy with Sanctum Therapy had such amazing knowledge of both my condition and how to help relieve my joints through message therapy. I am forever in her debt and highly recommend giving it a try at the very least. You will be impressed with the amount of knowledge and talent.
What a blessing Sanctum Therapy Life has been to me and my family! We found them six years ago when my husband was having lower back pain and was to head out in a few days for a 2 week trip. Sami was able to help him get relief; he didn’t have any trouble on his trip!
Recently, I pulled my back by awkwardly lifting/scooping up a 15 pound item. The pain radiated down my leg. After going to Sami one time, I was finally able to sleep again! Her knowledge of how to get to the root of the pain is amazing. After a couple of more visits, the pain was gone!

I am so happy I found this practice for my son who is an athlete. She has worked with him for a few sessions and he has definitely felt the difference in his flexibility.
