I called around 4 pm informing GillAir that my AC was broken and expecting them to get back to me later in the week I surprisingly met the technicians SAME DAY. They replaced some faulty parts on my AC unit and even cleaned it and gave me a new air filter. I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the technicians had I could tell they had years of experience. I am hands down going with them for any future cooling and heating concerns. The AC is ICE COLD ❄️

He left me a card, and it read "honesty and reliability." I didn't even notice that until after I sat down to write my review, but those are the first two words that came to mind. After three years of owning a home with a gas furnace that would cycle through startup at random periods only to cut off, a previous technician with Ben Le had attributed the issue to the flame sensor. However, as I watched the technician from Gill, he showed me that the flame sensor had not been properly put back in place but was simply lying looks in the bottom pan, and it was corroded, not giving a steady connection. I have had my new HVAC unit for almost a month now and am very pleased. More importantly I would like to talk about the actual company GillAir. I found GillAir to be incredibly honest. From trying to repair my old HVAC before a total replacement, to the truth, honesty and compassion they showed towards me on units in my price point. No one wants to spend this kind of money but after receiving other bids I can assure you these guys were fair and honest and installed a great system for my price point.
