Personally I was reading through some of the reviews and some of them couldn’t be further from the truth! I’ve had a membership since 2020 when covid happen at the Alpharetta location and things were crazy. I had to take a break since I moved down to sugarloaf but when I got over here the front desk made me feel like I was the owner of Lifetime! Especially James he made the whole adjustment super easy and the staff gave me such a warm and welcoming tour of the facility it had felt like I had never been there before. Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had thanks to James and his staff!
I canceled my LA Fitness membership after coming to Life Time Sugarloaf on a guest pass, this place is on a whole different level. The facilities are top-tier, clean, and spacious, and the front desk staff is always so friendly. Huge shoutout to Thomas and James, they're always welcoming and helpful. Every visit is a great experience!!
I’ve been a member at Life Time Sugarloaf for over five years and I can honestly say this club has never been in better hands. I’m writing this because I’ve seen a few recent negative reviews that just don’t reflect the truth. They’re all coming from the same person who has been repeatedly aggressive, loud, and completely inappropriate toward the staff.
In the past month alone, I personally watched this member curse out employees, yell down the hallway, and cause multiple disruptions, including one situation where he was literally shouting profanity across the club because he didn’t get his way.
