Brought my car to Zimco after a mishap from another auto shop. Tom and Kara were so friendly and helpful! Fixed my car right away. Definitely will be back for any other car issues I may have in the future!

Wow! Is just one word I can use to describe the level of exceptional customer service that I experienced at Zimco. From the friendly little dog that met me at the door to Kara providing me a ride home because I had to drop my car off to have it looked at to see why my air conditioner was not blowing out cool air, to the options offered for payment once they determined what the issue was (my compressor went bad). I could go on and on about the customer service. They truly treated me life family and I will forever be a customer❤️?
