Absolutely love coming here! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Before coming here I had called several providers that were in network and I was met with no help and attitude. When I finally called this KSU wellstar I was greeted with amazing and helpful staff. It was easy getting an appointment and nurse Latoya (I believe) was amazing! So comforting to talk to! Dr.Patil was also awesome!

There was a mishap at first and it looked like I couldn’t get my first dose of the Covid vaccine but they called me once they realized there had been a mistake and brought me back in very quickly to administer my shot!

They are terrible answering the phone (they need to improve that, thats why the fours stars), but when I went I actually had a quick delivery attention. The nurse and doctor where both very helpful, intentional and personal. They listened to me, they took everything into consideration and provide me just what I needed. The medicine prescribed by the doctor worked rely well to my broncospasmo. She called to follow up, I thought that was nice. I also got everything explained until I understood what was going on with me. They were nice, patience and also offered to immediate test for COVID-19, which I did not need, bc I already had.
