Used them to replace my roof 5 years ago. I wish I hadn't. Bryan Rhodes has not called me back and I am continuing to find quality issues with the install. DO NOT USE. They do not return calls and do not honor the warranty.Service: Roof installation

Looks like Southern Roofing Solutions has dissolved as an organization. The phone calls are going directly to voice mail. The organization has been dissolved at Georgia Secretary of State. Typical for roofing companies to go out of business every few years only for the Principal to resurrect a new roofing company. Good luck getting any of the warranty issues resolved....

Does not honor warranty! I've tried on multiple occasions to contact Bryan regarding a warranty claim as there is a leak in the roof within the warranty period. The company will respond promptly at first, then completely ignore me once they realize it's a warranty claim. I've reached out via email, phone, and Facebook messenger. Initial response, then completely ignores me after. Bryan promised to contact me to schedule an appointment when he doesn't responded via email, then stopped responding and never tried calling. I highly recommend going with someone else that will honor their word.
