Im reviewing the Oklahoma City Location. I work in a Hotel that uses their services. They have got to be the Kindest, thorough and respectable employees !! I LOVE Them !! They KNOW what they are doing and have made our hotel carpets and upholstery BEAUTIFUL !! Back to Life ! Robert, CJ and Matt are THE BEST !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Thank YOU !!
We had a flood during a storm that affected 3 floors. Renue and their team were out into hours of calling. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us understand what would need to be done in order to remediate the issue. The team was incredibly friendly and quick! We were able to remediate the issue in 2-3 days good as new! The office staff were very patient and understanding as well. They worked with us on payments and explained everything so clearly! We will definitely be using them forever!!! We can't recommend them enough!
