Hired them for a commercial building. They did not perform maintenance through the winter, though contracted to do so. We have tried for 30 days to get him to mow the grass, and he keeps saying he will get there as soon as he can. He apparently has no intention of honoring his contracts

After having an issue with another landscape company, Genesis made it a point to take care of my concerns and make them right. A horrible company to work for. If you're a landscaper, stay away from genesis. They will simply fire you after a couple of months so they can cycle through employees and they don't have to give them vacation time or any benefits. The management also enjoys making fun of and degrading their employees. I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business yet.
