G was a breath of fresh air. He was upfront with everything from the first conversation. Let me know his pricing and was able to show up earlier than he originally anticipated. He was able to address the problem and educate me throughout the entire process of different problems and solutions to fix them. My outdoor unit had burnt out wires and a bad coolant contactor that kept it from cutting on. He was able to fix it promptly and gave me peace of mind with the quality of his work. After previously dealing with a highly unprofessional contractor, G has a return customer if I need him in the future.
My experience with Cool Gz was awesome. I just purchased a home and moved in Sunday afternoon.I had a last minute emergency with my AC unit and called after 8p on a Sunday. My Tech G was out to my house the next day to resolve the issue!Services: HVAC system maintenance
