I have tried several physical therapy places for my patellar tendonitis, and Structural Based Therapy has been the best by far. After having this injury for years, and being unsuccessful with previous treatments at other places, I was recommended to try Structural Based Therapy. I was treated by Dr. Mike, using Acoustic Wave Therapy, and after my first treatment, the pain I had felt for almost four years had decreased dramatically. After being treated for a couple weeks, my pain had completely dissipated.

Dr Mike is awesome! I saw him for extremely painful shoulder tendonitis. He listens and offered solutions that got me back to being pain-free. He used a combo of traditional chiropractic adjustments combined with 3 different machines: acoustic wave therapy, laser therapy and magnetic therapy. Seemed very cutting-edge and modern. I would recommend him and this practice to anyone! Many thanks!

Dr. M is a great chiropractor! He is very knowledgeable and attentive to my issues. I've had chronic back pain probably since I was a teen that was gone after the first adjustment. I honestly forgot what it was like to go through daily life without that constant ache, and now I'm kicking myself for not visiting SBT sooner. Dr. Maiorino also emailed me stretches and exercises to do at home to help out, and only recommends I come in once or twice a month for maintenance, which tells me he cares for my health and isn't just trying to string patients along for money. I cannot recommend this office enough!
