I highly recommend Laura to any age group, especially if you are a beginner. She takes her time and works with what you are comfortable with. I have always wanted to learn how to play piano and now it has become part of me.I just got back from a long trip and the time Laura and I spent on learning the piano truly grounded me. She truly cares about wanting her students to play the piano along with educating them with the proper piano lango. I can't wait for my next lesson with Laura.

This is the best piano teacher for anyone starting out wanting to play piano! She’s been teaching my daughter for 3 years and my daughter would double her lessons each week with her if she could! Laura is a MUST HAVE teacher for piano.

Hello! I’m Laura Young, owner of Laura Young Piano. Originally from Raleigh, NC, I attended Salem College and graduated Cum Laude, earning my Bachelor of Music in Piano performance. In the studio, students learn to play the piano-and it feels very simple and easy for them. With this skill, students are learning pop music, Disney music, and a variety of musical styles. No matter what style students enjoy…they love to sit at the piano and play. For Mom and Dad. For a talent show at school. Or for grandparents and family. Confident students ARE happy students…and happy students love to play!
