I highly suggest using CitrusSolutions of Johns Creek. Stephen the owner replied to my phone call immediately, he was thorough on his product and prices and he even was able to set me up with an appointment for the next day. Stephen himself did the work and he was 5 minutes early for the appointment, he looked at all of our area rugs we needed cleaned and he explained his process again.
