I scheduled a last-minute carpet cleaning and the service was great! They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and the pricing was very fair. Even the owner Stephen, stopped by during the cleaning to inspect the work and make sure everything was going smoothly. My carpets look amazing! They are fresh, clean, and like new. Owner: FYI. I followed your truck w/the license plate ending in 10 through Milton last Thursday, late morning. Just wanted you to know that your employee was an extremely courteous and safe driver. Didn't speed, used their turn signals, came to a full stop at stop signs. Having managed large fleets before, I know how challenging it can be to get drivers to set good examples and represent the company well in such a public space. They should be commended.

I rent out my basement (nonsmoking only). Did NOT know that incense burning can be as bad as smoking! Dark stains from around furniture, against walls, black soot on carpet, other various stains and an older carpet - I was worried! Now it looks 1000% better than before the cleaning. Some stains that the last cleaners said would never come out - gone! Looks great, smells great (a light citrus, not overwhelming or fake). Half the price quoted by SS, really nice owner, and he hires first responders. Could not ask for more! Thanks!
