Sophia did great job with the purchase and/or sale of the houses for us. She is super knowledgeable of real estate, what a house needs to be in order to sell quickly, how to price a house, and how to negotiate well. She worked out all the design and renovation work together with the contractors for us to get the house ready for sale. It was an excellent experience buying our first home with Sophia. She is professional, knowledgeable, and the most impressive is that she enjoys showing homes, educating us as first time buyers with all basics. As there has not been many available homes to choose from in the year 2020, it took us almost 6 months to finally find our new home, Sophia is patient searching and showing us many homes in the process with professional comments and suggestions.
