Great Experience. 11/10. It was the end of the evening on a Sunday night when I brought my daughter in for the flu. She can be a little shy, the staff were so kind and concerned. They worked together efficiently and really made sure she was ok. Dr Yoon was incredibly kind and informative in his assessment and recommendations for my daughter. Highly Recommend.
As a pre-K teacher, I have had several visits to this urgent care over the past few years. Everyone has been friendly and professional. My most recent visit I had nurse Katrina who was especially kind and made me feel comfortable when I felt so miserable. Dr. Austin, who I have seen before, was friendly and informative. They both spent time with me to get my diagnosis correct. I never feel rushed or just another number there. I highly recommend.
I am always treated with respect, urgency and compassion. Their system is efficient. I just recommend that they turn the kiosk for signing in to a more private location where patients can be seated while entering details. The kiosk is currently facing out.
