I went into this location needing tons of help and Rachel helped me and was so patient. She has so much knowledge and really addressed all my questions and concerns. I left the store purchasing the babyliss blow dryer. 10/10 recommend going to this location just for her! She’s amazing

I had a truly awesome experience today while visiting Ulta Beauty in Hiram. I've been searching for a new foundation and concealer for a few weeks. I've visited numerous Ulta stores in the area and NOT ONE person offered the customer service, and attention that I received from Ms Kat. She was extremely knowledgeable with regard to melonated skin tones. She offered products that were complimentary to my hyper-pigmentation and skin type. She was successful in matching me up perfectly. **All this while suggesting the most appealing scents for my loves birthday gifts (both of which I bought). I came here today and Emily helped me so much !! She was amazing she helped me find a whole new makeup collection walked me through what everything is and how to use it. Took her time to color match me on everything we got. Not only was she so nice but everyone in there was nice and helpful !!!
