My HP Pavillon was not coming on. I was freaking out trying to figure out what was going on. I searched online and found this wonderful person who walked me through step by step. he was very patient with me and explained in detail. Issue resolved and Very reasonable!!! I highly recommend.
My experience was professional and excellent. I had issue with the desktop and laptop being compatible to my employer's software. I couldn't hear the client using my USB headset. The information was helpful and going to try to resolve with the employer. Thanks.
Michael was a great help in figuring out my computer issues. His analysis as well as his computer knowledge were exceptional. Very confident and knowledgeable in the rim of computers. The only thing stronger than his computer skills is his people skills. Very easy to understand and communicate with. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have computer work done.
