I have had the best Wal-Mart experience ever! I was greeted by a very attentive greeter that actually said "good morning", handed me sanitizing wipes for my cart/buggy handle! I Pre-shopped online for an ice cream maker and found it on the exact aisle as specified online! How easy was that?!! 100% of the staff was properly wearing gave coverings and everyone seemed to be diligently at work! When leaving the store. The same greeter bided me a good day! What a very pleasant Walmart experience! Keep up the great work!
This Walmart happens to be the most convenient to my house. I go here at least once per week without fail. I understand that Walmart is a huge company and doesn't really care about its employees because if it did they wouldn't look so miserable and wouldn't be so rude all the time. I've never once been to a Walmart and had a nice customer service experience so that says something about the company. Anyway, let's get to the point. The reason for my 1 star review to this specific Walmart is because one day, a Saturday I believe it was. Like any typical Walmart. Greeting at the door. Didn't get to explore this Walmart. Just needed battery. But what I can see was they have more registers open than others. Just needed battery. Next time I'm here will explore and write a better review.
