Dr. Mayer is very informative and thorough in her care, as well as always willing to help me find alternative options for care when finances are tight. Check-in and -out can sometimes be slow, but the staff and office atmosphere are always pleasant enough to be content in the waiting. I’m grateful to have been recommended South Pointe Animal Hospital for my animals and will always recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care. Wagging tails and a thumbs up! ???

Dr. Mayer and her staff are friendly and kind. They stagger appointments so there are never too many pets in the waiting room at a time. Dr. Mayer has even called to check how my cats were doing (eye infection). When I took all 3 cats at once the front desk receptionist helped me bring them in. The prices are reasonable and Dr. Mayer makes sure to ask if you have any additional concerns or questions. If you come up with a question later you can call and they will call you back. I am so glad I found this veterinarian clinic! ?

The staff is very friendly and the waiting area is clean. Dr. Mayer is very nice. She takes extra care of the pets and always explains each issue so that you fully know what is going on. She treats your pet as though they were her own. She is the vet for me and my fur baby Bella .
