Hurricane Idalia crossed into South Georgia on 8/30/23. My mom owns a house in Lakeland, GA and was in Kentucky with us at the time thankfully! Wind speeds recorded in Lakeland were 100mph plus. We have friends and neighbors that reported to us of damage to my mom's roof on 9/1/23 when it was safe for them to do so. I reached out to my moms insurance company immediately and with the weekend and labor day holiday things never got rolling on the insurance side until 9/5/23. I reached out to James the owner of Bryant Roofing on 9/6/23 to ask questions about how things worked with insurance and getting her roof taken care of. Roof needed repair from hurricane damage. Justin went and looked at it noticed the damage and was on the phone with my insurance company getting the process started. Week or so later the crew was out and did the whole roof in one day. Started at 7:15 and done by 6:30/6:45ish. Can’t complain and the roof looks amazing. Bryant roofing were excellent from start to finish. We had a leaking roof and several other contractors told us we needed to replace it. James gave us honest advice and said we could repair but that the roof may need replacing in the next 5 to 10 years. We opted for the repair which has held up so far. We are now saving for the full replacement and will be contacting James for a quote when the time arrives. It was refreshing to deal with a helpful and honest contractor. My wife and I would highly recommend this company.
