The staff was all very kind and took great care of our dog. They were efficient yet took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Also, the appointment I made was kind of last minute, and they still took the time to fit me into the schedule. When I was going to pay, the nurse followed me and offered to hold our dog while I got my wallet out and paid and she also helped me by opening doors as I carried our dog out to the car. My mom recommended this place. I had also read previous reviews. My "Pebbles" first appointment was this morning. She did great. The entire staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions, rendering service, and setting up the next appointment. They loved on Pebbles and that made us both feel comfortable. They did an amazing job helping my dog and myself feel comfortable there. My poor baby has high anxiety around new people but she felt very comfortable with them even allowing them to touch her feet which is the biggest no no.
