I absolutely love BodyWorks Massage Therapy. I’ve been to other massage therapists before and none of the others are anywhere close to Heather. She is the best ever. I have degenerative issues with my neck and I am totally convinced that the massages I get from Heather have kept me from having to have surgery. The staff there are always welcoming and, to me, that is part of the total experience. If I could rate it with more than five stars, I definitely would.

Amazing!! Ally was amazing! First time seeing her and she was wonderful!! Go see them!! Put me straight to sleep so I was very relaxed, which has never really happened. I always tense up but ally was wonderful!!

After years of loyal, respectful visits every two weeks - always tipping 20%+ - I was shocked by how I was recently treated. I missed an appointment, which I had clearly stated I intended to pay for at my next session. But when I arrived and greeted my therapist, I was stopped at the front desk and told I couldn't go back until "this was taken care of." I was made to stand there while they charged me for both the missed session and the one I hadn't even had yet. It was awkward, cold, and humiliating. Despite all my consistency and support, I was treated like a flight risk. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I walked out and didn't even stay for the massage I had just paid for. When I reached out to management to explain how upsetting the experience was, the response I received was brief and dismissive. I've since canceled two months of future appointments and requested that my card be removed from their system. Roxanne is a truly wonderful massage therapist, and this review is in no way a reflection of her work. But the way this situation was handled by management was deeply disappointing. There's a lot to work on in how they treat loyal clients and communicate policies. I would have preferred to leave a better review - but this experience left me no choice.

My husband and I had a 90 minute couples massage today with Aum and Ally and it was hands down the BEST massage we have ever had. I will be booking with them on a regular basis. Amazing!!
