Date of service Sept 30, 2022This is the 2nd time I have used Etheridge Heating and Air since moving here last year.He was able to come out the next day after my call.My thermostat went dead. The transformer in my inside furnace was dead. Apparently Rheem didn't feel it was necessary to insert a $2 fuse between the transformer and board to stop the $80 transformer from shorting out.He replaced the transformer and also wired in a fuse for me in case it happened again. That way I would be out only a 25 cent fuse. Well, good thing he did. When we turned it back on the fuse blew again. Saved me from another transformer replacement.He found that the wire in the outside unit...read full review
