My Nail Tech was Mia. She did a fantastic job, very friendly, knowledgeable about what she was doing, and efficient. I definitely would recommend her to be your Tech.
Requested style: She recommended the Classic style which was suitable for my need.
Cleanliness: She keep her work area clean of debris from my foot. She was wearing rubber gloves, and a face mask.

Waste of time and money going here. My daughter and I went here just to get our toes polished. They looked horrible. And the quality of the polish is even worse. Started peeling by the next day. Like literally flaking off. I notice these nail shops give you their least skilled employee when you first visit. If you're not a regular you don't get the best. Two different employees did our polish so at this point I can confidently say that USA nails has a few unskilled employees.

What end for last minute pedi. Was seated the minute I walked in. I received the most relaxing pedicure that I've had in a long time.
Stylist: My styles was Mary. Very professional and gentle touch.

Elane tried to over charge me for tips. I was originally going to tip $5, which I feel is plenty considering I was already paying $182. I accidentally pressed $2, but Miss Elane decided to take it upon herself to reach over the counter make those two dollars TWENTY dollars. I work in the food industry and make tips as well, you as a service provider NEVER mess with someone's tipping amount. It's always up to the customer. You don't know how much money they have and I certainly did not have enough or was willing to pay $202 for some nail work.
When I questioned her she said it was "for four people," only two serviced me. Don't know where she got that number from. I ended up not tipping at all and the ugly look was not necessary, Elane. I'll be trying Omega Nails next time.
UPDATE: from 2 stars to 1 star. Elaine over charged my mom! She got the cheapest pedicure available and Elaine charged my mom 40 something dollers! Elaine needs to go into retirement and STAY AWAY from the register. Also, for anyone wondering, Omega Nails has been amazing so far.
