I placed an order with Our Fathers House Florist. I had a problem with the order so I emailed them. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from them the following day. We discussed the issue, they were kind, polite, understanding and patient. A resolution was met, they are a company that truly understands customer service and they do it very very well. That is something pretty rare these days. They treated me with respect and they are a company with integrity. I whole heartedly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future. Very pleased with the rose bouquet that was prepared for me. A friend and another state called in the order and the order was ready within one hour. The rose bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend for special occasions, especially with Valentine’s Day right around the corner!
My husband and I have been customers for a long time because we've always gotten good service. The flowers are exceptional and care is given when we've had to order out for a family funeral.
