I placed an order with Our Fathers House Florist. I had a problem with the order so I emailed them. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from them the following day. We discussed the issue, they were kind, polite, understanding and patient. A resolution was met, they are a company that truly understands customer service and they do it very very well. That is something pretty rare these days. They treated me with respect and they are a company with integrity. I whole heartedly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future. Very pleased with the rose bouquet that was prepared for me. A friend and another state called in the order and the order was ready within one hour. The rose bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend for special occasions, especially with Valentine’s Day right around the corner!

They listen carefully and were graciously flexible with options for arrangements to flank an urn, to include shades complimenting 'Arkansas Razorbacks'. Truly exceeded expectations all around. If I could give this florist 100 stars, I would. I don't live in Georgia, but some of my family does. Our Father's House has been our go-to florist. They are kind, understanding and the epitome of southern hospitality. Their flower arrangements are always beautifully done! If you're looking for a quality, friendly florist, look no further.
