Coach Ken is a gem! He had so much patience with our wild child. It was her first time at the groomers and I couldn't imagine anyone else handling her better than Coach Ken did. We will be bringing her back :)

I can't thank you enough!!!You always do a fantastic job with boss and really go above and beyond. We've been to a lot of other groomers and will never go anywhere else. I also greatly appreciated you being so understanding about the timeframe and me running late to pick boss up. I can't thank you enough!!!! I been going to you now for 2 years and you have the best services when it come to my dog

I called in the morning and was told to bring my pets in that afternoon. I have a 5lb Yorkie and 50lb Bully. Coach Ken and Charlene are awesome business owners that delivered great customer service and were so caring with the fur babies. Coach took time to explain everything, provided recommendation on products for use at home, and even asked me to look up the cut style to ensure I approved before completing the cut. I am definitely a customer for life and recommend that anyone looking for a groomer look no further.
