Doctor Ellison did not perform testing as per the optician's standards on my wife and my son at Sam's Club Buford location. She was unprofessional. She dropped the prescriptions with the Sam's club technician w/o consulting any further with the patients and left for the day. She didn't even know what kind of contact lens is my son wearing. She didn't do proper check of field vision for my wife however she charge extra $20. Her prescription writing is manual like a note w/o putting details of left eye / right eye / cylinder / axis. Totally a poor experience.
