I had a great experience here! I originally noticed a small blending issue after my appointment and reached out, and the owner and Cia welcomed me back right away to fix it. They were kind, professional, and really took their time making sure everything was seamless and exactly how I wanted it. I never felt uncomfortable speaking up, and they truly cared about customer satisfaction. My hair looks amazing now and I really appreciate a salon that stands behind their work. I’ll definitely be back!

Beau is very professional once you sit in his chair. And, his protein treatments are the best I've ever experienced. My only gripe with Beau is that he dropped the ball on me when we had scheduled weeks/maybe even a month in advance an appointment for him to style my hair in a Bob for an out-of-town trip I had planned. When the time came for my scheduled appointment, Beau was no where to be found. After several calls to the shop, I learned that Beau was out of town. When he returned and removed my microlinks (no other stylist wanted to handle removing the links he installed) and I reminded him about our previously-scheduled appointment, there was no apology. And, while he did mention that he was going to do a better job of notifying his customers when he goes out of town, I would have much rather preferred--since there was no apology--if he would have offered a discount for the trouble he put me through. Instead he charged me full price for my visit when he returned. Thus the reason for the four stars. I have not been back but Beau is talented. I just take issue with and did not appreciate how careless he was with our previously-scheduled appointment, and, more importantly, my time.

The service is Amazing! He is the best hair stylist I have ever had ! His personality is so warm and friendly.I feel like I have know him all my life. My hair was above my ears when I first started out with him. Now it is down the middle of my back. My hair is ALL NATURAL AND NO chemicals. He uses the top of line best organic products! I always ♥️ walk out feeling brand new and refreshed ?!

This studio is exceptional! The client service was great and the atmosphere very inviting. I especially enjoyed the music. And, my sew-in was everything that I had expected. Thank you Beau.

Best sew in I ever had! Not a lot of tension on my hair and pain free! And the color services are bomb as well. Very professional atmosphere. I love that you can get more than one service there. Ex. Nails, lashes, eyebrow waxing, or braids. 10 of 10 for me.

Terrible owner with shady business practices. This is essentially about me not wanting to shampoo for Beau for TWO DOLLARS, I told him I didn't want to shampoo for you anymore the after you gave me the first "commission check", but he kept INTENTIONALLY asking me in front of clients, and respecting business and the CLIENT, I went ahead and did it. Then he said during a phone conversation that "I wouldn't make any money if you didn't allow me to shampoo for you".....??...are you serious¿
I told him on the phone that he wouldn't EVER get another chance to say, think or feel like I got ANYTHING because of him…We both knew after that conversation on the phone, we weren't going to work well together, and the apprenticeship wasn't even officially a week old yet.....I tried to leave in peace, but doesn’t want me to go in peace, he’s trying to sue me, which means his intentions were never pure, but he’ll try and spin it like it’s about business.....coming after me KNOWING I tried to leave in peace is totally uncalled for.

Beau did a wonderful job cutting and styling my wig! I love it! We discussed what I wanted prior to the actual cut. He was professional and knowledgeable about wigs. Gave me some good advice since I know nothing about wigs. Overall a great experience!
