They are always great. But this time the lady cut my over the ears up like a man and had to shave them. I didn't like that at all. But generally all of them are fantastic. Even she was except for my feather sideburns...

I like Great Clips but they were all backed up Saturday. Didn't realize this location and checked in online. By the time I got there, I only had to wait 5 minutes. The other locations were all 45 minutes or more.

On 03/13/21, I had made an appointment with a different establishment who proceeded to cancel my appointment. While disappointed, I noticed a Great Clips nearby. I am SO HAPPY I gave it a shot! I was promptly acknowledged upon entering by a lovey lady named Brittany. She was phenomenal! She certainly is great at her craft! Quickly sat me inal a chair & did exactly the cut I requested. She gave speed of service with kindness to boot! Excellent customer service Brittany!! You have gained a new client!! ??
