Tim Hall built our house in 2021 / 2022, and we couldn't be more pleased. Tim is laid back and so easy to work with. He is always doing what is best for the customer. During our build, the costs of materials were skyrocketing, and many materials were difficult to get. Tim and his subcontractors did their very best to buy and store materials so they would have the materials when they needed them, and so they could get the lowest prices, trying to save us money.As our house was being built, I was very, very pleased with the high quality of workmanship. We are very satisfied with the river home this builder has provided for our family in Mineral Bluff. We were introduced to Tim Hall by the cabin material supplier we used, who touted him as a reputable, quality builder. They were not wrong. We are happy we had him as a builder. He anticipated our needs, communicated effectively, and finished the project on time and on budget!
Tim was an amazing builder for our Satterwhite log home. The quality of the work was top notch. He worked with us on our budget and stayed within our goal. For a custom log home he went above all expectations.
