I cannot say enough good. about this clinic. One of our travel group members fell and injured her ankle. We tried one clinic and immediately left. We called here and knew this was the place to go. Dr.Nguyen is knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and caring. All of the staff is kind, caring, polite, and efficient as well. We were seen promptly. Dr. Nguyen took X-rays, wrote referrals for when we got back home snd answered all questions completely.
Cannot say enough great things about this practice and the Dr's. Highly recommend using them to anyone whether it's family practice or urgent care.
I needed help with bronchitis on the day after Christmas. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I was in the examination room less than 15 minutes upon arrival. PA Tan Nguyen listened to me attentively, and explained his prescriptions treating me with great respect and understanding. The check-out procedure was a breeze--the staff already processed my insurance correctly while I was inside. Before leaving the office, I received a text from CVS that my prescriptions were already being processed.
