I wish that I could give this office more than 5 stars. Dr.Cohn has been amazing with both of my dogs. Both of my pets have had to have pretty scary surgeries, and Douglas Oaks always takes the absolute best care of my babies! Dr.Cohn is great at explaining every detail in a short and simple way, always caring and professional! I would recommend this vet to everyone.
I started coming to this office 2 years ago with my cat, Coconut. We’ve been in with her several times and not once have I ever left unsatisfied. I recently had to bring my dog, Poppy in as a new “patient” ? and was a bit nervous as my dog has been iffy (in the past) towards men she didn’t know. My nerves were all over the place, however, Brandy (the wonderful vet tech) came out to bring us in the office. Dr Cohn came in shortly after. They were both so great with my dog. I mentioned to Dr. Cohn that the way he handles his practice was one of the many reasons I recommend him to everyone I know. As a first-time dog mom to our Frenchie, Sloane, I can't say enough great things about Douglas Oaks! The entire staff is so warm, welcoming, and patient. They never make me feel silly for asking a million questions, and they’re always happy to explain everything in detail. Sloane loves visiting with everyone at the office, lol.
Recently, Sloane had a medical emergency, and Dr. Cohn and the team were incredible. They were with us every step of the way, genuinely caring and comforting during such a stressful time.
