Dr. Fredrick's is phenomenal and her assistant Sheila is wonderful. They both make a great team and I know my senior fur babies are in very capable hands. I have peace of mind knowing they are receiving top notch veterinary care. I really appreciate how Dr. Fredrick's explains in detail the procedure's she is performing and the compassionate care she gives to my two beloved babies.

We have tried many vets and honestly it feels like every one cared more about money than they did the animals. We decided to give Bankhead Animal Hospital a try based on reviews. We were very impressed and will definitely start using them. The Dr. and her assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were down to earth and upfront. Thanks again.

Had a very positive experience. I take care of my own cats plus a feral colony of cats, so funds are very limited! Called because my cat had a rough upper respiratory infection. They got me in the very next day and the doctor and staff were very kind and knowledgeable. She is the first vet that my cat has not hissed or growled at. That is a miracle itself because my cat doesn't like many people. I've been to 3 other vets and will be sticking with this office. Highly recommend.
