My spouse has been attending classes since about 2010, virtually attending since 2020; secular, usually 5 or 6 days a week. She's consistently had great experiences with very kind, caring, and professional managers, staff, and clients. Highly recommended.

I’ve attended a number of classes and chanting/New Year’s Eve events at Vista Yoga. The folks who run the place and clientele are always kind and courteous. You can tell they genuinely care, and practice what they preach.Compared to other studios I’ve attended in the Atlanta area, the teachers seem to be more well-versed in the true intentions of the yoga practice. It’s always about showing up how you are today, and gently nudging yourself in a happier and healthier direction.Mind you, I have not attended any of the more advanced classes, so I cannot speak on them.
