I have had great experience here before, but it highly depends on who answers the phone. My dog had a stomach virus and I was looking to bring her in quickly to get some medicine. The young woman vet who answered the phone said, "Sorry. We can't see her if she's not an existing patient." I couldn't remember if I had brought her there before because she's only one year old. The vet didn't bother looking up in their records to verify because, in fact, she had been seen by them for her annual visit before. I've been taking my pets here for 10 years. Everyone who works here is very nice & all the veterinarians are so knowledgeable & caring. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Mark and I switched all of our business to this vet service after Dr. Rush left Dekalb Animal Hospital - unfortunately service declined and prices increased Our neighbors recommended Dr. Katz and his practice to us and we are very happy with the service and pricing. We have both dogs and cats. Dr. Katz and his staff are caring and patient and addressed all of our concerns regarding health issues with our older pets. We never felt like we were being "upsold" as part of a sales goal like we experienced at other vet offices for unnecessary testing or expensive treatments.
