Every time I come here, I get seen by the nursing staff pretty quickly. The minute I make it into the exam room, I often have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the doctor to show up. They keep switching my doctors. And I get lots of pressure from doctors to make unwanted medical decisions. I did not realize that it was OK for doctors to pressure you. A doctor actually refused me service because i wanted to have a home birth. They would not proceed with my check ups because i didnt want a hospital delivery. I usually love this place but I have to speak on my experience.
I have been a patient for at least 10 years if not more. They have always given me exceptional service! And when I was pregnant Dr. Bowen and Dr. Pham gave me exceptional care that I could not have ask for any better.
I had nothing but excellent experiences with each doctor and nurse in this practice. I had a breech delivery with an emergency c-section, and Dr. Rodatus handled each step of the procedure with a calming and confident presence that made my birthing experience a super positive one. She is an extremely compassionate, understanding, and skilled doctor. Highly recommend.You rotate between doctors during routine OB visits. In my experience, some doctors have a really long waiting time in the waiting room (over 1.5 hours). If I could go back in time, I would specify which doctor I wanted to meet with during scheduling.
