I was a family support for the William Bell funeral and it was horrible. They were rude and disrespectful when approached about issues that were not correctly done. When it was all said and done they were humbly apologizing but when it was time for payment they called us liars about the issues and rudely addressed the problems as not there’s but ours. I was ver displeased with my brothers services first of all I understand that things are business but this is a trying time for the family as this was my baby brother I laid to rest on January 20, 2024 I paid for live streaming the charge $350 the live streaming started late and also the quality was horrible. My brothers casket was closed too soon whereas other members of the family did not get to see or view him. Lastly, after the services I was pushed to go downstairs to a fellowship hall when I wanted to get a picture of my brothers, holding my baby brothers casket. My family experience was not at all what we expected it to be under the circumstances it was unpleasant and unsettling I would not use them for any reason a lot of deception and lies was told my family and I was very upset and unsatisfied wouldn't recommend them to anyone
