An amazing experience I was treated like a customer from the moment I walked in the store from all the working jewelers I was not intended to purchase today, however based on the amazing customer service, I purchased a nice necklace I highly recommend if you want to receive amazing customer service and Quality products

Jain is Amazing ? she helped us get a bracelet appraised with a quick turn around time to meet our needs. Jain went above and beyond her expectations with excellent customer service and professionalism. She was not a pushy salesperson just trying to make a sale you can tell she is a genuine person who listens and wants to help. We purchased a beautiful necklace for a great deal. Thanks Jain we will continue to do business even though we travel 5 hrs from out of town. ???
