I would absolutely drive out of my way to come here. Dr. Grant is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly very experienced. You can tell his clients have been coming here for years because of the care he provides. The staff is friendly, I highly recommend!

We on the phone spoke to them about getting a rabies booster for two of our cats who got exposed to a bat. The two cats are up to date but it was just for safety. They said no problem come in.
My husband took in the cats,.spoke to them about the bat exposure there to the tech. He came home, didn't notice until later that the paperwork said FVRCP vaccine (which they were already up to date on and not needed)
When we spoke to them on the phone the next business day the tech told us that WE didn't indicate we wanted a rabies vaccine.
They charged us 60 dollars for the wrong vaccine then told us it was OUR miscommunication even though the bat exposure and rabies vaccine was mentioned multiple times. No refund or fix was offered
Time was of the essence with the booster that's why we went to this vet that was open on Saturday. Our Village Vets team did the booster on the other cat who wasn't exposed no problem just for safety

I bring all 5 of my dogs to this location. I have also gotten reproductive services, vaccinations, and routine checkups done here. The veterinarian is very informative. He always gives me more information about ways to better care for my dog's ailments, signs to look for, and he answers the many questions that I always have.
I will note that the waiting area is a bit hot and the decor is dated. My dogs usually overheat in this area. And during walk in times, it's a bit crowded, so I will usually wait in my car until they call me.

Great service from a professional and accommodating staff. Doc was efficient but never seemed rushed and took time to explain everything and answer all questions. He came to the phone when I called back to the office and answered even more, lol, and gave me the perfect recommendation. Great guy!! This is where Cartel and I will go for all of her services from now on...

The vet is very informative and you can tell he actually cares about the animals that come in, he makes it easy to understand for what’s needed and why it’s needed. He makes it simple and quick & makes sure to answer any questions you may have. His (assistants?) are very nice and informative as well. great place & affordable!
