I am about 4 months overdue leaving a review for Scott....Of all the things that were going on while selling a house, moving and buying a house I can honestly say Scott made the the inspection of our house to be so much easier......He was timely, thorough, professional and went out of his way for my questions. I would absolutely recommend Scott and Broadview Inspections to anyone...in town (like I was) and in the country (like I am now).

Scott at Broadview has exceeded all expectations with the home inspection. He was extremely thorough, detail oriented, and professional. He carefully explained all aspects of the report and told us what to be cautious about when dealing with new construction builders. There was a short window of time to receive the report (only ONE day!) but he worked hard to upload all pictures and have the full report to us the very next day. Bought a new home in 2021 and as the one year came around wanted to revisit an inspection. Scott was thorough and detailed which brought items to my attention that were not a year ago with a different inspection company. Highly recommend Scott as he makes great suggestions to consider along with providing a detailed report.
