Steve and Angie were such a delight to work with. They were very responsive to our plumbing emergency, quick to assess and knowledgeable of the best solution to the problem, and got us fixed up right away. Had a mess of a time getting an inspection of a septic tank done when a different company wouldn’t even look at it. Shaw septic came out and immediately got to work. Had the issue identified quickly, fixed, and even cleared some extra brush and briars around the tank. They worked quickly, gave us advice on future maintenance and even referrals to other local companies for other work we were looking to have done around the house. These are a really great and hard working people. Came and pumped and replaced something (I can't remember the name for it) in our tank. Very friendly and funny as all get out. They really made me feel like I've known them for years. Not too many folks like them left, 10/10 would recommend.
