Dr. Ball and his staff are kind and helpful. He takes his time with his patients to make sure their concerns are addressed thoroughly. I started taking my kids for adjustments when they were small, and he always did great with them. I also appreciate that he has frequent discount days for those who don't or can't use insurance to pay for chiropractic care.

Love being a patient here! I’ve been to a couple of other chiropractors before, who always seemed to be in a rush, and didn’t follow up on my plan of care. Dr Kent Ball is very friendly, professional and thorough in his assessments and care. He always addresses my concerns, and his staff is always very welcoming. I always recommend him!

My Father in law was my Chiropractor for years, but after his passing, I started seeing Dr. Kent Ball. I have upon occasion seen others in Dalton, Ga. but Dr Kent Ball is now the only Chiropractor I'll see. He is very honest in his practice. After listening to you explain why you're there, he examines you then explains how he can help you.As a repeat patient the knows my needs, but also always asks if there is anything different since my ladt visit. He really cares about and his patients needs, & health.
