I have very bad knees and have trouble walking. I have a very strong, and very excitable Golden Retriever that needed his rabies shot. I stayed in the car with him and a young man came out to take him into the vet for me. He got his shot and then the young man also took him back out to the car for me. I've been going to East Paulding for many years and you don't know how much I appreciate that. Everyone in the office including, the veterarians, have been very friendly and helpful.
We have used Banfield vet but no more tired of the problems and miss diagnosis our little girl a Shih Tzu named chewy was recently diagnosed the have low platelet counts with the first draw they took they said they had problems getting it and wasn’t sure of the outcome, but still diagnosed her with auto immune disease they put her on medicine we took her back two more times the second time her blood count went up to 78 the third time it was down to 11 they suggested we take her to UGA which would’ve cost around four grand our daughter worked for Dr Hekking Previously and she will not use any other doctor. I unexpectedly had to make a last minute appointment Friday night for my dog due to a really bad ear infection. I don’t normally go here but they had an opening the following morning so I grabbed it. I am now switching to East Paulding as they were great! We saw Dr. Rory Hekking who was super nice, informative and helpful! Winston also can be very skiddish but even he was super comfortable here!
