Richard is so amazing. Very honest and professional. I have dealt with several AC companies before. He can be named as my top one choice in Dacula area. I found his company from google Gemini’s recommendation. It is a 30 years local company with A+ BBB rating.
Initially I was assigned to one of his technicians yesterday. Due to some miscommunication the technician texted me this morning that considering my property’s water damage status the management team decided to pass on my service call. Hixon is knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and efficient. Texted updates and confirmation when preparing for install of new HVAC unit. Stands by his work. Honest in pricing and works to keep overhead as low as possible. I didn’t want to replace my 13 year old Trane, but when I did, I went with Hixon and would recommend you do as well!
